Rehab4U is a proud sponsor of the Eastbourne 10k race which will be taking place on Sunday 21st June 2026.  This annual race is very much a community event and is aimed at runners of all abilities.

We are running a new exercise class in 2026 at Alice Court Care Home, in Eastbourne, on Friday mornings. The class is designed to reduce the risk of falls and improve balance and mobility. We recently held a Falls Prevention talk at Bowes House. Keith and Denise, two of the attendees, said “thank you for an informative and interesting talk, which made us very much more aware of the potential trip hazards around the home and whilst outdoors. The presentation was very professional but relaxed, allowing us to be able to ask questions or comment.”
