Older/Senior Person Therapy
We have a specialist physiotherapist who can visit you at home whether that be your own home or a care setting.
We can help by:
- providing specialist management of a range of conditions associated with ageing, especially falls
- promoting and maintaining mobility if you are living with long term conditions, including dementia
- managing positioning, seating, painful contractures and supporting end of life care
- providing advice and support to carers and family
